Right of withdrawal for consumers (EU customers)

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day,

– on the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, received the goods.

- in the case of a partial delivery: on the day you received the last partial shipment.

inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose , but it is not mandatory.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period .

Consequences of withdrawal

If you revoke this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your revocation.

For the refund, we will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you ; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund.

We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back – whichever is earlier.

Return of goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us or directly to the supplier designated by us immediately and in any case within fourteen days of the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

• for the supply of sealed goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return if their seal has been removed after delivery;

• for the supply of goods that have been manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs;

• for digital content, if the execution has already started and you have expressly agreed to it.
