Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 BGB) via the Lumyaa online shop (hereinafter referred to as "Provider"). A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in your shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of the order is sent by email immediately after submitting the order and does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract. The contract is only concluded upon explicit confirmation of the order by email or upon dispatch of the goods.
3. Special features of dropshipping
The goods are shipped directly by our partners and suppliers (dropshipping). Delivery may therefore take place from abroad, which may lead to longer delivery times. Please note that the goods are not stored or shipped directly by Lumyaa.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include the statutory value-added tax. Shipping costs, if any, will be shown separately during the ordering process.
5. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery is worldwide, unless otherwise agreed. Delivery time is usually 7-30 business days, depending on the supplier's country of origin. We will inform you immediately in case of delivery delays.
6. Payment
The following payment methods are offered:

The account will be charged immediately after the order is completed.

The goods remain the property of Lumyaa or the respective supplier until full payment has been made.
9. Warranty and Liability
The statutory warranty rights apply. Due to the dropshipping model, warranty claims can be asserted via Lumyaa, but processing may take longer.
Liability claims for damages that did not occur to the goods themselves are excluded, unless there is intent or gross negligence.

11. Final Provisions
The law of the Swiss Confederation applies. The language of the contract is German.
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the contract shall remain valid in all other respects. In place of the invalid provision, the statutory provisions shall apply.
§ Liability for Defects and Return
1. Inspection of the goods
The customer is obliged to inspect the delivered goods immediately upon receipt and to report any defects or transport damage in writing within 7 days (by e-mail or via our contact form).
2. Liability for defects
We are liable for defects in accordance with the legal provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR, Art. 197 et seq.).
This means in particular:
• The customer is entitled to a replacement delivery or a refund, provided that the defect was reported in a timely manner.
• The statutory warranty period is two years from the date of delivery.
3. Transportation damage
Visible transport damage must also be reported within 7 days. We will handle the process with our supplier.
4. Exclusion
No liability exists in case of improper use, wear and tear, or damage caused by third parties.
5. Complaint procedure
Please contact us before returning the item. We will inform you about the next steps and the conditions (e.g., photo of the defect, decision on return or replacement).
